* Support prospective patients via phone, email and chat channels * Help MEDIGO users throughout their journey from the moment they inquire until they complete their medical treatment, whilst creating meaningful interactions with patients to ensure high levels of satisfaction * Conduct qualification outbound calls to patients to assess and nurture interest * Act as an intermediary between patients and clinics within the MEDIGO network * Collect feedback from MEDIGO patients on their medical travel experience * Contact potential MEDIGO partners (clinics, health insurers and others) in the Arabic Speaking markets, and implement a successful sales channel Your profile * Modern standard Arabic as mother tongue (preferably you come from Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates), and a professional business command of English * 2-3 years experience in a performance-driven sales or customer support role * A medical background or travel industry experience is a strong plus * Computer literate and familiar with CRM and/or ticketing systems * Able to work towards targets in a fast-paced environment and you can solve problems quickly and effectively * Very strong phone skills, and excellent written communication skills * Able to self-manage and work effectively both individually and in a team * Strong interest in health matters and great empathy in dealing with others’ needs
